Parsley Champion Moss Curled Seeds

The leaves are finely curled, very dark green, and are held on stems about 10 inches tall, which creates a decorative, compact habit ideal for ornamental and culinary use​

It has a milder flavour compared to the flat-leaf variety of parsley, making it a versatile herb suitable for garnishing, as well as flavouring soups, stews, and salads​​.

This variety matures in about 70 days, and its growth is considered hearty and quick to flourish. It's a biennial plant but is usually grown as an annual. This parsley variety does well in hot weather and is known for high yields of bright green curled leaves​

It grows in a bushy, compact manner, reaching a height of around 30cm (12 inches) and is suitable for both outdoor gardens and indoor containers​

Prefers a sunny location with at least 6 hours of sunlight daily, and can thrive in full sun to partial shade. It's adaptable to cold, cool, and warm conditions, with an outdoor growing temperature range of 45°F - 75°F. The soil should be loose, moderately fertile with plenty of organic matter, and well-draining

The seeds take a while to germinate, but once established, the plant is hardy to frost and light freezes, showcasing a good level of reliability across different growing conditions​

Seeds can be sown indoors or outdoors, with indoor sowing recommended from August to February and outdoor sowing from March to July. It's advisable to maintain a soil temperature of 70˚- 85˚ F for optimal germination. Once large enough to handle, thin out seedlings to 23cm (9in) apart and acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 – 10 days before planting outdoors after the risk of frost has passed. It's also suitable for container growing, especially in well-draining containers that are at least 12" deep​
